Up to 3 hour rental, including setup, for a graduation celebration in the lounge of McPhail Studios.  The rental includes the following:
- 1 year membership to McPhail Studios
- 3 table and bar
- 20 Seating capacity
- House Party sound system (blue tooth ready)
- Food allowed
- Cleaning included
- Available Mondays thru Fridays ... Anytime before 9:00 PM
